Cochlear Implantation With a New Long Electrode

While most cochleae can be implanted with a CI electrode measuring up to 31.5 mm in length, some could benefit from an even longer electrode to stimulate the most apical region. Prof. Mueller performed implantations with such devices and will present his findings and experience.
