This event will focus on how to identify the types of inner ear malformation (IEM) from pre-operative images. The importance of 3D segmentation of the inner ear will be showcased as a way to understand IEM structures.
Electrode insertion complications associated with each IEM type as well as optimal electrode choices to minimize complications will be examined.
